I picked a few more sugar pod peas, added to what I picked a couple days ago that were in the fridge. Blanched 2 minutes, then ice water, dried them, and put in freezer bag in a single layer. Hope they turn out good. Will be able to add to fried rice if nothing else.

Also cut the one pot of lettuce that really did well. I don't think I can chew it yet, so will try wilting it in hot bacon dressing tonight. I think if I cut it small, I will be able to eat it that way.

Was not very smart, having dental work done right in middle of crunchy veggie harvest. Thumbs down
