I spayed the entire garden with the Neptune Liquid Seaweed Fertilizer on April 13th and then on Saturday I finially got the alfalfa pellets spread around. I had two 50 lb bags that did everything, all my roses and daylilies.

Each spring I put out the Aldalfa pellets. But I usually do the roses with Rose Tone as soon as they get leafed out. Even though I sprayed with the liquid, which was nice, I am going to go get Rose Tone tomorrow and put that out as I do every spring. I don't think the liquid gives as much of a long term effect. Besides, I do the Rose Tone each spring and it works great. No reason to change now.
