No, I'd say this week was probably the peak. I had a lot of blooms, some good ones, but also some pitiful. I bought a good sized order from Maryotts last fall and only one of them has bloomed and it was only about 6" scape. The fall of 2011 I got in about the same size order and they all multiplied and bloomed like crazy. The same with the order I got from Michele in 2011. I had bunches of blooms in 2012 but only Comic Odyssey has bloomed this year. So, no doubt about it, it's got to be the weather.

I just walked around with my granddaughter for a look. We saw a few new ones, Get Jiggy and Martian Moons. I have a lot of older seedlings blooming that didn't bloom last year, so they are a gift this year. I really think it was the weather. It's ok, I haven't felt like working this summer like I did last year. I plan to get a lot of mine sold this fall. Here's hoping I will get better as time goes on.

I still have a lot of scapes coming up, so maybe they will have pretty blooms. I hope to get out tomorrow early enough to make some good photos.
