Same thing here Mona. I still have quite a lot that don't have scapes or are just starting to scape. Our peak bloom is usually mid May but I would say we are about a month behind schedule or maybe more. Normally I'm way into rebloom and I've only had a handful that has rebloomed. Now it's time to start cutting scapes off so any that haven't bloomed won't get to this year. The only ones that get to keep their scapes is any that have seed pods, which is very few this year, and seedlings.
