Ostrich Fern (Matteuccia struthiopteris) or Ostrich Fern (Matteuccia struthiopteris var. pensylvanica), native to both MN and MA. Probably yes they're the same fern. So you're saying I baby them to death Rolling on the floor laughing I'll collect some more and spread them around!
