Black Spot is a way of life here. I don't do anything for it and, yes, most of the Hybrid Teas are now virtually leafless, but they survive and grow new leaves and look good in spring and fall - and keep blooming even when they have no leaves, I don't know how. My only solution is to collect mainly old garden roses that have withstood the test of time. Sorry, no help, I know. My sympathies.
