It's about a year old now - got tired of looking at the train wreck next door .. I really wanted it to be the other way around but my pesky (pesky is not the word I'd really like to use but ..... ) neighbors put up such a stink about the whole thing and emphatically told me I was not to go on their property so we put it up this way. Then the pesky neighbors complained that they got the bad side of the fence. Jeeeze!
Human beings, who are almost unique in having the ability to learn from the experience of others, are also remarkable for their apparent disinclination to do so.
