Lol .. that's funny! On a sad note (for the pesky neighbors) the bank foreclosed on them a month ago .. and as I imagined they apparently had trashed the house inside because I got a post card in the mail from the bank offering it up for half what houses are going for in my neighborhood.
Human beings, who are almost unique in having the ability to learn from the experience of others, are also remarkable for their apparent disinclination to do so.
