I agree with Caitlin's comments about the post office. In many ways they are doing things right. The problem is that they are considered private, but controlled by Congress. Congress will not allow them to close unprofitable ones, and it has been a major fight to allow them to close on Saturdays (I think that is occurring later this summer - which I will hate!) But the major problem is that they have to fund their employees pensions for something like 99 years in advance - NOONE - government or private is required to do that. It is very extreme. I never thought that they may be using that money for other things though, interesting ~Jan
