Well, I found this site that has suggested plans, but of course, you'd want native plants that would actually do well in your actual habitat. Plants native to your state, that do well in whatever soil type you have, how much moisture the berm has, how much sun, etc. are best. If there's a native plant organization near to you, I'd contact them, as they might have lists of plants and ideas on what would work there.
