My Mom has made fresh peach and elderberry pie (the 2 fruits together in one pie) every summer all my life. It's really good! One of my aunts that has now passed away used to make pie with just elderberries. She used to mke elderberry jelly too, which I loved. Not enough elderberry bushes on my property to harvest that many berries.
