About 5-6 ft tall..Flower size is just under size of a tennis ball, with very long filaments..No scent that I know of..The sight of the 'rich red' papillae, extruding from the spindly petal is incredible..The first time I saw them [all 6]were in bloom..Alas losses are high, as with most rare species, ..Only 2 stems ,this year and failed seed pods...At least I was lucky enough to have seen it! Thumbs up
lily freaks are not geeks!
