Nooo, neither of the plants you mentioned is the one I am referring to.
This one, always growing tall, kinda slender, and makes either small yellow or white flowers but individual ones. And the leaves kinda have a blue-ish hue. Well, not like this pic above.
If I don't forget and have time, i will take a pic. I am sure there's some weeds in my garden
