Actually there are about 15 veggies you can regrow and reuse, some quicker and easier than other. Let's see if I can name them: pineapple, celery, Romaine, green onions, sweet potato, carrot tops (Though you must have a acquired taste for carrot greens), avocado (Got patience?), onion, garlic....I guess I can't name them all.
