I will be growing this Japanese-developed mutant morning glory again this year. It has no varietal name. It was called a windmill flower with crepe leaf trait. The windmill forms from genetic mutation which makes little flags out of the anthers. Coupled with that mutation is the reverse tube. I got the seeds on eBay.
