All I know is what was on the seed packet provided by the Japanese seed vendor and my personal observations that there were no viable pollen-producing anthers on the flowers that made the small windmill-flag-like structures. I saw no doubling of the limb of the flower. The actual item description for the eBay listing had no detailed description due to the English language barrier, I suspect.

Your plant might be controlled by different genes. I really don't know for sure.
