I have the 'Copperhead' variety which is much more copper and not quite as wild. It's become the popular landscape shrub around here the last couple of years. You see it everywhere.

Mine seems to have reverted to a plain greenish leaf with copper reverse. Only a very few swipes of the pretty terra cotta that had marked it before. I think it is in too much shade.
