Alan - What I had to do is adjust the aperture (sp?) timing thingie on my uh.. Canon SD1200 (little pink camera
) so I could get the proper true-to-color rather than the blinding-yet-not-realistic coloration of the rose. I use the Exposure ISO thingie (technical terms here, doncha know) to between -1 and -2, depending on how much sunlight there is. If it's full sun, then I make it closer to -2.
