Sounds like you died and went to heaven. What a dream that would be to have someone do that for you other than your family. (Saves so much stress. Big Grin )
When I was a young housewife and Mother of 4, I hated housework and loved my garden, the pool and the horses. So, I spent most of my time outside and at the stable where the kids and I could spend time together and they learned responsibility being around the horses.
I had a Mennonite lady who had been with my family for years as a housekeeper and she came with me when I married, to do those things I hated to do. Those were the good old days when housekeepers and maid service was not as expensive as it is these days. I think housework is a waste of time and energy. I would much rather be on a tractor or a horse (I am grounded now, no more riding) and in the greenhouse.
Have a wonderful day and I hope that young guy stays on with you for awhile. Good workers are so hard to find.
BTW, does he like to pull weeds? If so, Maybe he would like to move to NJ. Rolling on the floor laughing
