I am getting ready to plant around my new house and I really like how the weeping white spruce would look planted on the front corner of my house. The diameter of the tree and it's growth rate make it very attractive for the space that I have. The only concern I have is about the root spread on the tree. I will be planting it about 6 feet away from the corner of the house and I am wondering if I need to worry about its roots against my poured house foundation. Am I giving it enough space to grow down or will I regret this decision in 15 years?
