Jonna you do describe a dream situation. Since starting work full time I have re-hired my former cleaner and even if she only comes once every other week she does a fabulous job. But the weeds in my yard are getting overwhelming and it is one thing I just can't get DH to do.... so I am actively looking for someone who wants to make a few extra bucks and will recognize what is a desirable plant and what is a weed.. not easy!
