Cyra...just for this year...no experiments. I want to see more blooms first.

Thanks for the info Hetty. I did the slant too but, since my grafts are high above my tall trees, I think the strong winds knocked off my graft union. Good thing I did not lose a single cuttings (they were well caloused when I took them down) and the failed host branches has started branching out. Hilarious!
