I have never had any that produced like the old Houseleek from years past. I miss that semp. It was a crazy semp. It would take 5 to 6 years before it would bloom. It also would grow extremely big. I had some the size of my hands before it would bloom. I had some of them in a brick wall that had very little soil for them to grab on to but they were troopers.

I called it a weed semp along with my favorite weed sedum. These two were my go to plant when I wanted to make a sedum basket a item for winter decor for the porch and a garden gift someone.
