Zuzu, I just stumbled upon this thread and am afraid to say that I really don't think your mystery flower is SHEER ELEGANCE after all, based on your pictures. I have SHEER ELEGANCE, although unfortunately I don't have a picture yet, but it is my absolute favorite HT and the flowers have incredible substance and beautiful recurving petals and are quite different looking than the flowers in your pictures -- more similar to those in HelpMeFind. I don't ever remember seeing the flowers of SHEER ELEGANCE with that more open, cupped form when fully opened. When mine blooms I'll get a picture or two and post them here so you can see. Also, my SHEER ELEGANCE never gets that tall. Maybe 5'-6' tops, and that's only because I'm absolutely terrible about maintaining my roses. We moved it last year and it suffered a bit from the heat and stress, plus it's an older plant and shows it, but hopefully it's recovering this year and I'll get those gorgeous flowers again. In fact, does anyone know where I could get another? As I said, it's my favorite!

I just recently joined this cubit and am just now starting to take rose pictures, since when I got my camera I was wildly into iris and am currently in my daylily frenzy. But I'm starting to notice my roses again now that I'm lurking here quite a bit...
