Humm, seems to be a difference of opinion from reviews I have read on those Dwarf Project tomatoes. Mostly people raved about them. We will see if I start those or not. I am thinking more in line of starting regular sized tomatoes. But I will probably need a good kick in the butt come mid winter to get motivated to start seeds. I don't think of planting while the snow flys and the weather is so cold. Rolling on the floor laughing

As far as varieties of tomatoes that I choose to bring back year after year, production definitely comes into the mix. Just that when I do the tastes tests I don't worry about those factors, Just judge on taste.

Production and other factors are very important to me. The best tasting tomato in the world that only puts out a few tomatoes will not be growing in my garden. And ones that are overly prone to crack and spit also will not be grown.

We both need production. Arlene, you need tomatoes for market, I need to have lots of nice looking undamaged fruit to give away.
