Oscar was sick last week and didn't come so the pitaya didn't get picked. Meanwhile the birds got to eat some of the large one, the other two they left alone. Today he returned and immediately got the ladder and picked the fruit for me. I am going to use the end that was bird pecked as seeds to start some more. Thought I'd share the pics of the end result from my first blooms!

I want to plant the seeds in a pot on a column on the roof. I've seen how they grow them in Thailand and I'd like to keep these lower and easier to see and pick the fruit.
