I am no expert and I am sure they will be along to read this and chime in but I really think all you need to do is remove them, shake off the soil, and put them in paper bags or some other easy vehicle (I don't think plastic is a good idea as that might encourage rot.)
then let them dry out for a few days and then lay them on their new home with lots of pebbles/grit topping the soil.
They should gradually acclimate to their new home over time.
