My shampoo ginger is a sort of pale reddish brown that gets redder as it ripens but never becomes a true red. Yesterday I saw one for sale that was a clear, solid red, no shadings. It was beautiful. I don't have room for another one, they are big plants and they spread rapidly here. I was tempted though, it was a beauty.
A day without sunshine is like, you know, night.
