I made out a living trust and my trustees have been instructed to rent my house for a nominal fee (just enough to cover the property taxes) to someone who likes cats and gardening, preferably a smoker who might have trouble renting elsewhere. I also provided them with a list of candidates. I hope I don't outlive all of them.

What am I saying? I actually hope I outlive everyone I know, including the trustees.
