You know before I started growing my own, I never realized zucchini came in any other color than the standard darker green that supermarket zucchini that I always have seen.

But there are so many much more visually appealing varieties available to the home gardener. I bet zucchini would sell better at the store if it looked a little more exciting. Hilarious! And for anyone doing farmers market or farm stands, I would think a nicer looking zucchini would be a must for sales.

I think this one is really pretty, Green Tiger. And this one too, Caserta.
