Living plants of fern leaf peonies are very expensive here.
Recently, I found dormant fern leaf peonies at reduced prices.
It may be an idea,---- if this is a plant which you want-----
to go and look for dormant ones at the end of the season.
Perhaps other Garden Centers sell them too?
