Well, I didn't deadhead because I was thinking of the plants; I deadheaded because I was thinking of MYSELF, wanting more blooms from these recently purchased plants! Rolling on the floor laughing

I will continue deadheading for a while, and then (whether it's bad for the plants or not), I will leave the dead heads to make seed for the finches.

But thanks for the fertilizing reminder... I sprayed with Miracle Gro about a week or so ago, but I should really put some time release fertilizer out there.
