Thanks for the thought, but Milorganite... um, no. No thanks.

I have a variety of good fertilizers here, and compost is cheap, too. I just have a lot of plants to take care of, and I tend to get lazy. My garden is best described as being run by benign neglect. About twice a year (maybe more with certain plants or pots) I work myself up and do a good fertilizing. I sometimes wonder if doing things that way (only fall and spring fertilizing) is part of the reason why I don't see a lot of daylily rebloom. (The other reason, of course, being all of the shade that we have here.)
