It does appear to be the Pigeon Berry Duranta erecta, that shows the light blue to blue violet flowers…Definitely not 'Alba'. And it's not "Sweet Memories" or "Geisha Girl" as they are a much deeper Violet/Purple. I'm guessing that it is probably the "generic" (if there is such) Duranta erecta.
