Very interesting, Janice....now I have to go and look up allelopathy to see if it means what it means...
OK, back again and yes, very interesting....Dictionary asked:" What made you want to look up allelopathy? Please tell us where you read or heard it" and so I gave them your name... Hilarious!

I had thought to separate the arachs from the other non-arachs but really didn't like them all by themselves (they looked like an old folks home; you know, with all the white hair and/or unshaven stubbies). So I have been trying to incorporate them back into the general population but being more mindful of where I put them. So far a few are doing OK mixed in. What I like about the arachs in the general population is that they serve well as accents amongst the color (mostly green, right now).
