Jan, I found the recipe online, since I couldn't find the recipe I used last time. This one just sounded really good to me, and it was! It calls for raisins, but I didn't use them. I can't stand anything with cooked raisins! I baked it in small loaf pans, and cut the time down to 30 minutes. I made four loaves, and have enough batter left over for probably 2 more loaves that I'll bake today.
