I have no clue Hilarious!
I have had this azalea for a number of years and a much smaller pink one bought recently. I bought them both the same way. At the local Armstrong nursery, saw it, loved it, bought it, got it home and said "now what!" Confused Stuck it where it gets morning light and it seems to love it. Now getting in the way of some of my hanging orchids, but I'm afraid to move it!
It usually blooms in the spring really full. Now it has decided to send more blooms out. OK by me
