Thank you Sway for giving me a possible plant ID. I googled anacampseros arachnoides but couldn't really confirm it with mine, but i did end up finding 3 possibly IDs, all are anacampseros from your suggestion: Anacampseros filamentosa, Anacampseros baeseckei, or Anacampseros crinita. They all look about the same base on google images. There doesn't seem to be much info on the differences between those 3, but i am one step closer.
