Also called Mother in laws tongue. I'd love to see more of to know for sure that it's S.trifascata, but it sure looks like it from the top. Is it tall? Or short and squatty?
If it's short, than it's Bird's Nest Snake plant, and I've never seen that one bloom…

Oops, just clicked the pic. and it does look tall…Sorry.
