Yes, Old Termite is a milk chocolate color. I have three of that color - Milk Chocolate which is an oldie hybridized in 1967, Coffee House - which I received as a bonus plant from Maryott's last fall. We had such a rough winter and spring this year, I almost lost it and was amazed it even sent up a single scape and bloomed - heck, I never even expected it to survive! (I lost about a dozen cultivars over the winter, including a couple of established ones) and Old Termite, also a bonus, from Bobby Baxter a couple of years ago. Old Termite has been blooming almost continuously since early July this year, and has been wonderful this year.

I wouldn't like an entire garden of this color - but interspersed with all the other colors and being so unique, I really enjoy them. All three have very clear milk chocolate coloration, and are not a muddy brown. The only thing that would be better is if they could SMELL like a chocolate bar!!!! Hilarious! ~Jan
