It's nice hearing from you Lin, and I have found out its B. Maculata. It was a popular houseplant in past eras without lots of hybridization to create spotted leaves as in the also beautiful Angel wings as far I have been able to research. It is an incredible reliable bloomer here and seems to be really freeze hardy next to the house. Smiling
