@Cinta
Thank you, please do!
And just to let you know, I spit on my computer screen as I busted out laughing when I read your comment about you being compost before your slate roof needed replacing, cute one. Rolling on the floor laughing
You are indeed quite lucky to have that type of roof. Thumbs up

@valleylynn
Did your roofers come on Friday, did you find something to cover your special plants?
The gutter man came to remove and replace our gutters on Wednesday.
Hubby power washed the house and took all the shutters dwn and repainted them on Friday and my caged "Dragon" survived.
It's doing well I need to take another pic of it real soon b/4 it freezes as our nights are getting colder here in WI.

I got some new Hens and chicks from an RN coworker, they look different than mine she said their blooms are pinkish red, (prbly Sempervivum??) the leaves are pointie and a lil' bit hairy spider looking.
The rollers don't look like they are going to roll off because they appear to be attached to the Hen w/ brown thick looking cordy rooty thingys.
She's got them sitting in a clump of dirt and I don't know how to separate them to replant them.
*Gosh, I certainly have a way w/ words.* Whistling
I'll take a pic of them during the day tomorrow.
Does the term Semps refer to Jovibaras, Sempervivums and all other types of Hens and Chicks? Shrug!
