What a nice colony of very healthy looking sempervivum you have there Shaw.
You can detach the offsets from the hen if they have started forming their own little roots. Plant just the roots, not the crown of the plant. If the roots are very tiny and short just lay them on the ground/fine grave, and they will find their way to the soil beneath.
Or you can just plant the colony as it is. Smiling

What lovely pale blooms on the dragon. It is always difficult to see a dragon age and start loosing it's scales/leaves. Whistling
But what a show it puts on until the end. Hurray!
