Ha,Ha! Rita, around here salsa goes on everything. Unfortunately, the Cilantro and Avocados are winter crops, while the Tomatoes and Tomatillos, and Chili peppers are a summer crop. Limes are just now ripe and lemons are year round. The only way to get them together is to stagger planting, and shade the Cilantro, or buy Mexican produce. We are close enough to the border that all are available year round, but not all are cheap. I grow all those except the Tomatillos in my yard, but still can't make salsa, without buying some ingredients.
