A kind person from BGI told me about Windows Paint. I use it to make all of my pictures smaller before I post them. I click the "resize" button to change the picture size to 20%, which seems to allow the pictures to load faster. I noticed here on ATP that if the pictures have not been resized, it takes forever to load.
