...on a colocasia coffee cup?
Mine are bigger than ever, and no sign of a bloom!
The tallest leaf is easily 7', maybe 7'6"!
It's kind of buried in the jungle, it's hard to get a good pic that really does it justice...
I've not even seen pictures of bigger ones than I have!
I have no illusion that they are the biggest ever, I'm sure in the tropics they could get bigger...but I can't seem to find any proof that they can bloom...
You guys are often better detectives than I am, and seem to find links to stuff I've never seen!
If anyone can find a pic of a bloom, or has first hand seen one, I would love to know about it!
I'm also deeply embroiled in a debate with a friend, he thinks that coffee cups and tea cups are the same plant!
I think he's full it!
He says tea cups are dwarfs and won't get over 3' and that I clearly have coffee cups...
I'm fairly certain they are the same and he's just a victim of misinformation being spread in order to sell more plants!
Neither one of us has been able to satisfy the other and end the argument!
I sure wouldn't mind if someone here helped solve this one for me too...
Thanks folks!
