As the editor of the Camellia Nomenclature published by the Southern California Camellia Society ( SCCS), I am very interested in including camellias being introduced and propagated that so far have not been registered through the American Camellia Society SCCS. Specifically I have seen c. sasanqua 'Eskimo Dawn', Long Island Pink' and 'Long Island White' offered by several nurseries. All are cold hardy and unknown to many of us in California. Are you or the originators interested in being in the camellia Nomenclature and also in the International Camellia Registry.
In addition as editor of the American Camellia Society Journal ( a quarterly publication) I would very much like to have an article on cold hardy camellias illustrated with photos. Are you or any one else interested ?
Thank You
Bradford King
