I was at the mall many years ago when a daylily show was going on. Didn't even know what daylilies were at the time.
Boy have I come a long way since then! Even considered entering in the local daylily show this year but it didn't work out. It was just days before when I found out about it, so it was too late to get everything together.
Michele, that head table is gorgeous! Is the glassware prizes? I noticed that the vases are all the same in the picture of the judges. Do all of the daylilies get put into the same style of vase for a reason? I thought if I entered one, it would be displayed in the vase I took it in. I will definitely have to go next year and pay attention!
p.s. edited to correct spelling of Michele's name. I'm afraid that spelling someone's name wrong when it is right in front of me is one of my pet peeves. It's like a 'duh' moment!
