Chris, this is a new sedum for me, this summer. I got it from Perennial Obsessions.
I would think if you can grow the any of the Sedum spathulifolium types you could grow this one. So I would say down to zone 5?

This could possibly be a cross between an S. spathulifolium and laxum.
S. laxum is also cold hardy to zone 5.

I've been trying to find where this one originated, so far with no success.
