Kevin, I don't think that Gloriosa lilies are reliably hardy in z7. I'm in 7b and have had them overwinter in pots under protection on the patio. They were right next to the brick and under glass windows that were leaning on the brick wall. Lost them this year sadly, Charleen. They didn't make it into their protected spot before the first crazy snow.

I've been tempted to try them in the garden though since we are unofficially thought of as an 8a by some due to generally warming temps over the years. Seems the zone listing for them is 8b though. Is that correct, Neal?
